What the CPA really is:
The CPA (Club Penguin Army) is an organization of 7 Penguins and many more Elite Sentry Soilders and Sentry Soilders that try to help keep club penguin safe. The PSA is doing a great job and stuff, but alot or penguins just join for the spy phone and missions and HQ. The CPA it kinda like an advanced PSA. In the CPA People really want to help the helpless and/or confused penguins. We even stand up to them if another penguin is being bullied. The Old Leader, Icy Fresh 2’s last words to Anakin Luke (Indy 11) were:
“Do The Right Thing, Help Other Penguins.”

THE CPA UNIFORM:
Member (Replace any items you dont have; it is show which items to replace with. Viking helmets allowed. Besides that, Go as close as you can the the offical unifrom)
Non-member:
Because most “non-member” items or “free” items are only around for a week or so…we took the item that is always around (for newer Penguins); The Colored Bracelet. If you are hereing something else for a non-member uniform, be sure to have the Colored Bracelet to have on.

We go on Servers: Mammoth, Snow Day, Chirstmas, Northern light, Southern light, & Ice cap.
Ascent: CPA Capital, main base; Most CPA Members and Sentry Soldiers will go there, government officials will be there, and it is the main CPA Base stronghold. CPA HQ, General Da Boyo’s Igloo, Will be set up here for meetings.
Christmas: “Training Camp”.
Snow Day: Indy 11’s hometown.
Mammoth: We need to fix Mammoth, Make it a better server than it is. Too much is going on there. It is a main project for the CPA.
Northern light: Newly claimed area, nothing right now.
Southern light: Newly claimed area. nothing right now.
Alaska: Rumours Ive heard about this server is that it was Icy fresh 2’s “hometown”
Server Population:
• Five Green Marks: Large City
• Four Green Marks: City
• Three Green Marks: Large Town
• Two Green Marks: Small Town
• One Green Mark: Countryside
We protect these servers, and we lookout for any penguin there, no matter who you are unless you are a listed member of an enemy force. Anyone can come in, except groups of enemy forces. No one is allowed to set up a base there, unless we give them permission by writing a treaty.
3. Government:
The CPA is a republic. That means The people have a say, and we have votes for big decisions. Here are the ranks in the Government:
-Leader :This Penguin Leads the CPA and can Recruit new CPA Members. This penguin also writes the peace treaties for the opposing forces. This Penguin makes the First and most powerful of the three Presidents of the CPA.
-Vice Leader : Serves with the Leader as “right hand man” or “First mate”. This person has no limit for the time he/she can serve. The only way to get a new one is if the Leader fires him/her, or if he/she is impeached, with a vote. If the Leader “dies” or gives up Leadership, The Vice Leader will take His/her place. This Penguin Makes the Second of the three Presidents of the CPA.
-Army General: This penguin can server as long as they want unless fired by Leader. They are the main fighter in battles that might come, beisdes the other two presidents. This Penguin makes the last of the three Presidents of the CPA, also is a key helper.
-Vice Army General: This penguin is one of the main fighters in the CPA and also one of the main 7 offical members of the CPA concil.
-Comander: This penguin is one of the main fighters for the CPA, Comanders CPA while in armies when Leader is not online.
-Sargent and Admiral: all one of the 7 offical members of the CPA and Concil.
When making Very big decisions, everyone who is able to contact makes a vote, but the Presidents Tell there opinions unlike the rest who vote anonymously.

About CPFS
This is about the CPFS (Club Penguin Fishing Society).
We DO NOT go out to war. We just fish, then sell the fish for profit. Trust me, it’s easy peasy. We’ll start with the rods:
Stick Rod- 0 Fish
Metal Rod- 10 Fish
Steel Rod- 15 Fish
Professional Rod- 30 Fish
Leader Pro Rod- 50 Fish
Titanium Rod- 65 Fish
Advanced Titaniumed Rod- 80 Fish
Legendary Rod- 100 Fish
Legendary Protector Rod- limited edition, only 1 is MADE PER MONTH I GET IT NEXT MOUNTH!
This is the non-member fishing uniform, however, you practically only need the Fishing Rod. Sailor Hat, Whistle, Belt, P. Boots, and Fishing ROd.
And the member uniform will be
Sandals, Fishing Rod, Whistle, and Lifeguard Jacket. (don’t have a picture)

And that’s about it. Our fishing spots will be wherever we are close to water, like the DOCK, BEACH, COVE, CAVE (pool), ICEBERG, but the best spot to fish will be the MIGRATOR because it’s more out to sea. That’s about it. Oh, here:
- You start off with the STICK ROD. The more you fish, the more chance of getting better rods.
-To FISH, you have to be sitting near a water pool. Each minute you sit there will be worth 1 fish.
- In the MIGRATOR, each minute will be worth 3 FISH.
- Fishing will be tough, because if you fish to long, there will be sharks, jellyfish, crabs, electric eels, and if your almost done, even a KING SIZED CRAB which you can sell worth of 50 fish!
- The sharks KILL your penguin. After the shark kills, you have to join again (JUST KIDDING)
- Crabs cut your string, jellyfish & electric eels will shock them, but electric eels are MUCH MORE FASTER. The KING SIZED CRAB you will have to get with the net, and even with the net, it WILL BREAK IT. Some rods are better than others!
Requirements:
- Have a fishing rod
- Beaten the “Ice Fishing” game at least twice.

Face: Green Sunglasses- because you can use X-RAY vision, and lock-on enemies, and when your enemy has any advantage, use the sunglasses to see right through them to look at their plans! You can also get many different attachments to the Glasses such as X-Ray Vision, Night Vision Effect, Lasers, Targeting Device (locks onto enemies), can be used to measure the battle field to calculate battle strategies, SEE THROUGH THINGS AND READ MINDS ECT. [Super High-Tech]
Neck: Blue Hawaiian Lei/ Whistle- The hawaiian lei allows you to hula, which might distracts the enemy, including also you use HULA Power! (just kidding) and the whistle for whistling for Need help here, or BACK UP, and can use many helpful times.
Body: Pirate Belt/Lighthouse T-Shirt- Used for armor. These are made from the agents, and help protect your main organs. Protects over 35 shots of snowballs, however, cannot block any hard melee attacks. It can block the daggers, but it can’t block like a lotus sword!
Feet: Ice Skates- For helping when retreating, you can use the ice skates for better skating movements so you won’t trip and fall. Also, used because skates can take off the blade, and help fire!
Hands: Friendship Bracelet/ Maracas/FISHING POLE?/- Maracas are for daggers, so you can shoot and fire at enemies. I call them ninja daggers. The Friendship bracelet. The best. The K-2000 watch has a grabber, which you can shoot and you can zip to that place, and a rapid snowball firer, and much more.

Head: Blue Cap- Symbol of the CPSR. Useful in blocking attacks when up front!

When the CPA says that we are “enimies” ACP, we only mean that we disagree with what they are doing on Club Penguin that will affect others. The ACP says that they “defend” Club Penguin, but they are currently making others feel bad and literally starting wars on the spot! ; And when I say “War” I do NOT mean that they are having a friendly snow ball fight. Snow ball fights are awesome on club Penguin and they are allowed :0) . But you can tell when it’s not a snow ball fight and it is a “war”. The CPA (Club Penguin Army) dislikes wars (period). The CPA was started by Icy Fresh 2. One of the most “famous” penguins on Club Penguin of the year 2006. Do you know why he was sooo famous? Because he made this “army” and was not fighting a “war” like most armies do, but the CPA was (and still is) fighting for making Club Penguin a better place. Not only for us, but for all the inoccent children that play it too :0)

Hello, Im the CPA Vice Leader Da Boyo. I have a lot of experience being in armies in Club Penguin, I started September 27th, 2006 about a day after the light house party (I dont really know). So yes, I have a lot of experience, Whe I’m on im usually wearing anything but i almost always have black sunglasses on or my green baseball cap. I got on all the CPA servers + Frozen, Tundra (My Hometown) and Sometimes Shiver. Ive met Icy Fresh 2 personally only once, we only talked about 2 minutes i didnt get a chance to buddy request him. I first joined the CPA in April 2007 i quit Club Penguin in may so I resigned, Then a year later I came back. I started my own army it wasnt to popular but it was the GCW or otherwise known as the GSW. I was forced to shut down the army because it wasnt getting any more famous. I was thinking one day and I joined the CPA again sometime in july as a sentry soldier supervisor. Indy and I had known eachother long before then, So he was happy to let me back in. I am always doing a lot of work for the CPA and I plan to do a Lot more, but just like Pika I WILL have to give up my duty as Vice Leader sometime, Because we are all getting older and will have to quit someday, I dont plan on quitting until possibly Late December. But in the mean time i’m here and working =D. Well thats all for now.

Ok, this is weird. Penguin Wanderer, i have some Questions too. Answer Eds first but : Why should we merge with other armies, when we have fought them for years? Why sould we change now?
He means ask a question about CPA’s history so he can answer it, thus proving he is from CPA, and I’m not the oldest CPA soldier, so I think somebody else should test his history

no uni, i checked his email on the comment he left on Da boyos site, and the email was CHRISTOPHER260! Pika260 was a vice leader a while back, and his real name is christopher, first he wasnt logged in, and his email was christopher260, but he changed his email when he logged in. Its not waddles, its pika.
plus, when flip asked a question on da boyos site, pika answered casually, since flip was once in the CPA during pikas time

No. ACP is on our allies list and even I’m IN IT. I think Unicow is in too, if i’m right. Because yesterday ACPvsNACHOS was in place and i saw Uni there. So i helped them. BTW uni, if you remember, i was the one in the dragon suit XP.
